businesses in and around Franklin, Anderson, Shelby, and Spencer counties in Kentucky. Our Mission

About the Role
As a Bluegrass Fiber Customer CARE Representative, your main purpose is to be a Considerate,
Approachable, Reliable Expert for our current and potential customers. This includes but is not
limited to providing information about Bluegrass Fiber products and services; resolving customer
issues through effective troubleshooting, using a variety of cloud portals and software applications;
scheduling installations and service visits; acting as a liaison between customers and others inside
and outside of the organization; and ensuring a high level of communication, internally and
externally. Most importantly, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Neighbourly
relationships with our customers. All Customer CARE Representatives report directly to the
Customer CARE Director. While this is a remote position, much of your training and on-boarding will
take place at Bluegrass Fiber’s offices in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
