If your internet is not functioning, check your router and refer to possible troubleshooting solutions below.
NEVER Hit the Reset Button!
Yellow Light-
The Router is Updating.

If this light continues on for longer than ten(10) Minutes. Unplug only the router for 3-5 seconds then plug it back in.

If this does not resolve your issue, contact customer support.
Red Light-
The Dish is not receiving or transmitting properly.

Verify that the POE adapter, shown as "A" above, is secured and is emitting a small white light.

Ensure that no obstructions are blocking the dish. Things such as severe weather, ice, and tree limbs can slow or stop connection.

Verify all connections are secure and properly connected.
-
Ensure that the outside antenna(dish) has no visible damage and is still securely mounted.

If this does not resolve your issue, contact customer support.
No Light-
No Power is getting to the router.

Confirm that the AC Adapter Plug is connected. This is hole "C" as shown above. Make sure the plug is seated securely within the hole.

If this does not fix your issue, confirm that the outlet or surge protector is functioning properly.

If this does not resolve your issue, contact customer support.
Guide
A(RED) - Connects to the wire coming in to power the dish mounted outside.
B(PURPLE) - Connects to one of the ethernet ports on the router to provide data.
C(BLUE) - AC adapter port for powering the router.
D(Green) - Extra ethernet port for hard-wired internet access.

Confirm that the AC Adapter Plug is connected. Make sure the plug is seated securely within the hole.

Amber Light-
The Router is Updating.

If the light appears amber, you most likely pressed the reset router button. The router is no longer connected to our service.

Contact customer support.
Red Light-
Router is Starting.

The router is starting, this light should only be there shortly.

If this light persists, contact customer support.
Blue Light-
The Router is Functioning.
-
The router is connected and functioning properly
-
If the Blue Light remains on while your internet is not functioning, contact customer support.
Flashing Red Light-
Unable To Connect.

Ensure that no obstructions are blocking the dish. Things such as severe weather, ice, and tree limbs can slow or stop connection.

Ensure that the outside antenna(dish) has no visible damage and is still securely mounted.

White Light-
Router is On.

The opaque ring around the base of the router should be either emitting white or blinking white light. This indicates the router has power.

Ensure that no obstructions are blocking the dish. Things such as severe weather, ice, and tree limbs can slow or stop connection.

Verify all connections are secure and properly connected.
-
Ensure that the outside antenna(dish) has no visible damage and is still securely mounted.
-
If this does not resolve your issue, contact customer support.

If this does not resolve your issue, contact customer support.
No Light-
No Power is getting to the router.

If the opaque ring around the base of your router has no light this can mean one of two things:
-
Firstly, the router's light could have simply went out some time in its lifespan, the router will still be functioning.
-
Secondly, the router may not be connected to power or the router may have stopped working.
Guide
A(Red) - One ethernet cord connects these two ports to provide power to all equipment.
B(Purple) - This port is not used.
C(Blue) - The line coming in to your home from the dish outside connects into this port.
The two additional ports (not labeled) are for hard-wired internet access.
